Canadian customers need to be aware that besides the cost of the product you are purchasing and the shipping cost, there is Canadian tax for goods charge and a broker fee that is added to any product being shipped from the US to Canada. In most cases, you the customer is responsible for the payment of these fees.
As a additional service to our customers, XtremeMobile Solutions partners with Fedex Trade Networks to simplify this process for you. With the assistance of Fedex, we take care of the paperwork and fee payments for you.
Here is how it works:
For any order where the product total is $500US or less, we will add $17.25 and a 5% Canada cost of goods (GST) tax to your invoice. These added costs will be bundled in with your shipping cost.
The benefit to you is that all the documentation and payment of fees responsibilities are taken care by us before hand so that you don't have to do it after you have received your product.
