Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

 

Our Goal is that you, our customer, will have a pleasant experience when you make purchases from XMS, including returns, this is why we offer a flexible return policy. Please note the following procedures and requirements to ensure your return is hassle free.

 

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization (RA). Please contact us to request RA #; include your name, order number, model number and explanation for your return.

 

We will happily accept unopened merchandise returned to us within 30 days of your purchase, your item must be in its original condition to be returned (no holes drilled).

 

There will be a 15% restocking fee on any non-defective product returned.

 

No refunds will be issued for damage, lost or abuse merchandise. Returned merchandise that is lost or damage during transit time from you to us will not be refunded.

 

All sales are final after 30 days.

 

Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange an item after your order has already shipped, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the new item (you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping). When requesting RA # for the return, let us know that you are placing a new order so that we may waive the 15% restocking fee.

 

Defective Merchandise

 

From time to time an item may get damage during shipping, in the event you have a damage item, please let us know immediately so that we may replace your item right away.

 

Incorrect / Incomplete Address

 

Please double check the shipping address before you complete your order. If the shipping information you provide is incomplete or incorrect (i.e. missing or incorrect apartment or suite numbers, missing floor, when applicable), we will be charged a fee by FedEx. The fee to correct the shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

 

Drop off the package to a local shipping location of your choice (UPS, US Postal Service, FedEx, etc) and ship to:
