WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN MERCHANDISE?
You may return mis-ordered, mis-shipped or defective merchandise within 20 days, following these guidelines:
First, e-mail us to request an authorization form and a RA# (return authorization number). Then, download, print and complete the return form, providing specific reasons for your return in the comment area. We will e-mail a call tag to you for returns. Attach the call tag to the box, and write the RA# on the outside of the box. Also please include the return form inside with the item. Original packaging is required for all returns or credits.
If the item is being returned due to an error you made, you will need to ship the product back in reasonable condition and at your expense; there is also a 15% restocking fee.
A credit to your credit card will be processed when we receive the product back. Please note that no credit will be given on returns without a written authorization from XtremeMobileSolutions. Damages must be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
